I am Kimberly Shanks, the founder of Strategize With Kimberly, LLC, a  high-impact and strategic growth firm that equips visionary women to tap into their power, align with purpose, execute their vision, and create lives, businesses, and legacies they love.

For more than three decades, I have helped people navigate transitions, recognize opportunities, overcome obstacles, and move forward with renewed and greater confidence, alignment, and purpose. Whether working in education, leadership, consulting, entrepreneurship, or community development, my work has always centered on helping others discover what is possible and develop a strategy to achieve it.

Throughout my career, I have served as an educator, school administrator, consultant, higher education leader, entrepreneur, and corporate leader. I have helped schools strengthen outcomes, supported districts and organizations in improving effectiveness, guided leaders through growth and change, and created transformational programs and experiences that empower people to thrive. My diverse background gives me a unique ability to connect vision with strategy and inspiration with execution.

I hold degrees from Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati and have earned professional credentials including Cornell University's Women in Entrepreneurship Certification, Fitness and Nutrition from Penn Foster, and a Master Advisor Certification with distinction in Cultural Competence.

I built this work for the women I kept meeting along the way: women just like you, with vision, talent, experience, with tapped and untapped potential, who desired more than their circumstances, lives and titles were yielding. They did not need someone to tell them who to be. They needed someone who could help them clarify and tap into their power, align their gifts with purpose, execute their vision, and confidently move toward the lives, businesses, and legacies they were meant to create.

Today, through Strategize With Kimberly, The High Powered Women's Network™, coaching programs, educational initiatives, strategic consulting, and transformational experiences and events, I find joy in providing women with strategies, resources, clarity and confidence to move from possibility to purposeful action and from vision to lasting impact.
