We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality educational resources, programs, services, events, and digital experiences designed to support empowerment, growth, strategy, and personal development.

Because many of our offerings include immediate access to digital materials, educational content, intellectual property, downloadable resources, event preparation, coaching time, or reserved participation spaces, certain purchases may be non-refundable.

Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to proprietary educational materials, all sales of downloadable resources, guides, templates, journals, planners, assessments, digital products, recordings, and educational materials are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital downloads

• Educational guides

• Workbooks

• Templates

• Courses

• Recorded trainings

• Slide decks

• Resource libraries

• Printable materials

• Assessments

• Membership resources

Unauthorized downloading, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or misuse of purchased materials does not qualify for a refund.

 

Coaching Services & Consultations

Coaching sessions, strategy sessions, consulting services, discovery calls, and educational consultations require dedicated scheduling and preparation.

Refunds are generally not provided for completed coaching or consulting services.

If rescheduling is permitted, requests should be submitted within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments or no-shows may be forfeited at our discretion.

 

Programs, Courses & Memberships

Certain programs, memberships, cohorts, masterminds, educational experiences, or courses may include separate enrollment agreements, payment terms, cancellation policies, or refund conditions communicated at the time of registration.

Where applicable, those specific terms shall govern the purchase.

Access to membership communities, course materials, live sessions, digital resources, or proprietary systems may be suspended or revoked for violation of community standards, misuse of materials, disruptive conduct, payment failure, or unauthorized sharing of intellectual property.

 

Events, Workshops & Summit Registrations

Event planning involves venue commitments, operational expenses, speaker coordination, preparation, staffing, and reserved participation capacity.

As a result, event tickets, workshop registrations, retreat reservations, and summit purchases may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

If an event must be postponed, rescheduled, transitioned to a virtual format, or modified due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, tickets may be transferred to the updated event date or format at our discretion.

We reserve the right to make adjustments related to:

• Event schedules

• Speakers

• Venues

• Timing

• Format

• Programming

• Delivery methods

 

Payment Plans

If payment plans are offered, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access to programs, services, memberships, materials, or events.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Strategize With Kimberly™ directly to attempt resolution of any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or misuse of payment systems may result in revoked access to services, collections activity where appropriate, and restriction from future participation.

 

Exceptions

Any approved exceptions, special arrangements, or alternative refund terms must be confirmed in writing by Strategize With Kimberly™.

Nothing within this policy limits rights that may be required under applicable consumer protection laws.
